To deal with the EU REACH provisions, in December 2008 from the beginning, EST will provide our clients with REACH regulations advisory, SVHC testing and certification services.

About REACH

REACH is the European Union on chemicals registration, evaluation and licensing requirements to protect human health and ecological environment of chemicals from the crisis brought about by the application. REACH Act will be implemented in June 2007 entry into force of the manufacturers or the import or production rate of its annual export volume of more than one tons of chemical substances must be in accordance with the Act on Chemicals Management in the European Registry.

On SVHC

October 28, 2008, ECHA (European Chemicals Management Department) published the first great concern REACH regulations SVHC candidate list of the entry into force of the material. From October 28 onwards, as demanded by consumers, suppliers should be notified within 45 days after the products to inform consumers with a high degree of concern about the material, and to provide sufficient data and contains in excess of the concentrations of these substances with the relevant products information.
